Infinix Note Edge: Launch and Price
The Infinix Note Edge will be officially launched in the Pakistani market at the end of April 2026. This mobile phone has gone viral in the international market for multiple reasons. It is coming to the Pakistani market at a price tag of 75,000. While in India it starts at ₹21,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, with 8GB/128GB priced at ₹23,999 and 8GB/256GB at ₹25,999. Released in February 2026.
It has 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. This is the most affordable 5G phone launched this year. This mobile phone is the only phone in the 75,000 range that we are getting 5G.
World-First Processor and Display
The processor inside it has been launched in this phone for the first time in the whole world. The Dimensity 7100 chipset has been launched globally with this very phone. Infinix Note Edge is mentioned on the front of the box. Because this is the first phone of the Note Edge series, its name is just Note Edge.
Main highlights are mentioned on the back side. The Dimensity 7100 chipset is coming on this phone for the first time. There is a 3D curved 1.5K AMOLED display with 1.20Hz resolution. It features XOS 16 and a 50-megapixel back camera. A 6500 mAh battery has been given, which is important because this mobile phone comes with a thickness of 7.3 mm. This is the first and only phone launched in Pakistan which, despite being so thin, comes with a 6500 mAh battery. Three-year OS updates are mentioned.
Unboxing and Premium Accessories
The main highlight of this mobile phone is the design. First of all, the device is surprisingly lightweight. In the box, you see the case in a Lunar Titanium colour. It is quite different from cases found with normal Infinix phones. This opening on the side is a button. You first get your case, and after that, a curved tempered glass protector which you apply yourself.
The box includes a sticker for warranty claims, so the condition of your phone doesn't get ruined. A warranty card and a sticker panel for cleaning the screen are included. 45W charging is available. This processor gives double the performance compared to other processors in this price range.
Build Quality and Durability
The front side is a curved AMOLED panel. On the top side, you see your speaker grille, a noise-cancelling microphone, and an IR blaster. This comes with sound tuned by JBL. The SIM slot does not have a memory card option, so you will manage with 256 GB internal storage.
This mobile phone comes with IP65 water and dust resistance. IP65 means that if you put it in water, you won't face any problem. If water falls on it or if you use it in the rain, there will not be a problem. The display's peak brightness goes up to 4500 nits on HDR.
Gaming Performance and Benchmarks
This is the first mobile phone in the world in which you are seeing Dimensity 7100. The performance is quite a bit more compared to other phones in the 75,000 range. Other phones in this range provide almost a 5 lakh Antutu score; its Antutu score is close to 8 lakhs.
For now, games will be optimised, and we'll see new settings open up. Right now, the settings are Extreme on Smooth, and Ultra frame rate up to HDR. It comes with an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. This is a very slim phone.
Customizable Features and Active Halo Light
A green button is given on the side of the case, which you can use according to yourself. By default, it works as a mute switch to put your phone on silent mode, but you can customise it as per your wish.
On the back side, the layout is much like the Infinix Note series. You see the Active Halo light. Where you used to get a display in Note 60 Pro, it now says 50-megapixel camera. There is an LED flash and dual cameras.
Camera Test Results
The front camera is 13 megapixels, whereas the back is 50 megapixels. During the day, the back camera provides decent results. I won't say this is the best camera in the price range because you see better cameras in this range, but this is definitely a decent camera. The 50-megapixel camera gives quite good results, especially during the daytime.
The back camera lacks ultra-wide functionality; the second camera is a 2-megapixel auxiliary sensor. For 13 megapixels, the front results are decent during the daytime. In low light, the camera makes you feel it could have been better, as 32 megapixels is common in this range.
AI Suite and Audio System
You get to see AI Studio, ranging from Flare Remover to AI Eraser. It brings slightly less AI than phones normally in this range, but you get everything in Infinix's own AI suite. From AI Voice to translation and social media assistant, all features are available.
Dual speaker systems are installed. The top speaker works as a supplementary speaker to give extra volume. Mostly, the volume is coming from the bottom speaker. The top speaker is less powerful, and they are not symmetrical.
Battery Technology and Final Verdict
The 6500 mAh battery and its technology are very powerful. There is 45W charging. It supports bypass charging and Infinix's self-healing battery technology. Basic support for reverse wired charging is available.
Conclusion
Infinix has nailed it once again. In the Pakistani market, even if we set the design and AI features aside, the processor is worth the price. The processor is the most powerful so far in the 75,000 range. I can definitely recommend this mobile phone. If you are a camera enthusiast, you can look elsewhere, but otherwise, this phone is 100% recommended. Everything from design to processing power, display, and technology is available.
