Chairman PTI Imran Khan appeared in the court, Imran Khan's lawyer Khawaja Haris argued that the call-up notice was given to Imran Khan on March 2, nothing was clear in the call-up notice.

Khawaja Haris said that NAB is biased at the moment, according to the new NAB law, warrants can be issued at the level of case investigation, the purpose of changing the inquiry into investigation was the arrest of Imran Khan.

Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb asked Khawaja Haris in a dialogue to read out the call-up notice, on which, the lawyer said that only one call-up notice was given.

Khawaja Haris said that we were filing this application on May 9 that Imran Khan was arrested, in another application we requested to change the inquiry into an investigation.

In the Al-Qadri University Trust case, the Islamabad High Court granted bail to Imran Khan for two weeks.

Earlier, Imran Khan's team of lawyers could not enter the courtroom due to heavy rush outside the court of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court declared the arrest of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf as illegal and directed Imran Khan to approach the Islamabad High Court again and said that you have to accept the decision of the Islamabad High Court.

Later, Imran Khan sought permission to go home in the Supreme Court, on which the Supreme Court rejected the request of the former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to go to the house (Banigala) and said that he should be allowed to go to Police Lines Guest House.  I will be kept.
