The arrest of Imran Khan was illegal.

The Supreme Court directed Imran Khan to approach the Islamabad High Court again.  

In the Supreme Court, a 3-member bench headed by the Chief Justice heard the petition against the High Court decision on the arrest of Chairman PTI Imran Khan. The bench of the Supreme Court included Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Athar Minullah.  

The Supreme Court ordered the IG Islamabad to produce Imran Khan at 4:30 pm and said that no political leader and activist will come to the court. Following the court orders, Imran Khan has been brought to the Supreme Court under tight security.  When Imran Khan was produced in the court, Attorney General, IG Islamabad was also present in the Supreme Court. On reaching the courtroom, the Chief Justice said that it is a pleasure to see you, come to the rostrum.  

The Chief Justice said that incidents of violence are happening in the country after your arrest. We want peace in the country. It is being talked about that your workers should come out in anger. We want to hear you and tell us.  The Chief Justice said that you were present in the biometric room in the court on May 9. When a person comes to the court, it means he surrenders. The arrest of IK was illegal.  

The Supreme Court directed Imran Khan to approach the High Court tomorrow and said that you have to accept the decision of the Islamabad High Court.

Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan requested the Supreme Court to go home (Banigala) which was rejected.  They will be accommodated at Police Lines Guest House. 

Imran Khan was brought to the Supreme Court under tight security where a hearing was held on the petition filed against his arrest.  A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial declared the arrest illegal and issued an order for his immediate release. 

In the Supreme Court, Imran Khan asked for permission to go home, on which the court called IG Islam to the rostrum and asked what is the place where Imran Khan is kept?  Is there a guest house?  The IG said that Imran Khan has been kept in the Police Line guest house. 

On this, Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal remarked that if Imran Khan lives there, meetings will be allowed, his family members and fellow members will be allowed to meet, we want their complete security. 

The Chief Justice said that Imran Khan should keep 10 to 12 servants who will stay with him and sleep there. Can Imran Khan appear in court at 11 o'clock tomorrow?  Security should be kept tight wherever they stop. 

IG Islamabad said that there are many security issues where Imran Khan is kept.  On this, the Chief Justice said that you are important to us, we will make arrangements for your security, no one will go to the police line to arrest Imran Khan, they will give a list of whomever they want to meet.  If you want to meet, we will issue a short order. 

Meanwhile, Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial spoke to the Attorney General that the security arrangements of Attorney General Imran Khan will be on the government, the security guarantee is yours, Imran Khan does not have personal security at this time, so he should be taken care of.  . 

Addressing Imran Khan, Chief Justice said that you will face cases but property should not be damaged, we are a poor country, avoid what is happening, no one's property, public or private  Should. 

Chairman PTI said that I have always done the politics of peace and justice, including on May 25 whenever there was a threat of chaos, I ended my protest.  The Chief Justice said that it is hoped that you will contribute and play your role, the same is expected from the other side. 

The Chief Justice said that we have to stop human rights violations, Imran Khan can keep 6 members of his family with him, Imran Khan will stay here as a guest, being the Chief Justice of the High Court for 4 years is very against human rights.  See Violations. 

Justice Umar Atta Bandial said that tomorrow you have to stop people from coming to the court.  On this Imran Khan said how can I stop but I will try. 

Lawyer Babar Awan while talking to the media outside the Supreme Court said that the Supreme Court has ordered that the proceedings in the High Court will start tomorrow from the same place where Imran Khan was abducted. 

He said that Imran Khan is not in the custody of NAB, now he will appear in the High Court. 

Babar Awan said that the Supreme Court made it clear that whoever comes to the court cannot be arrested, no one has the authority to arrest anyone from the court premises. 

He further said that the principal was determined that no one can be arrested without the permission of the court. 

It should be noted that some time ago, the Supreme Court ordered the immediate release of the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf, declaring it illegal, and directed him to approach the Islamabad High Court again tomorrow.
